The Pencil Art Society is delighted and proud to announce that Richard Pedneault will be our juror for our inaugural 2014 International Open Juried Exhibition.
Richard Pedneault was born in 1950, in Chicoutimi, Québec, Canada. Having a background in the Sciences, the Arts, and in Administration, he gravitated to a career in Museology.
